Q: What are your shipping rates and policies?
A: We currently use Canada Post to ship our products and only ship within Canada. Our shipping rates depend on the size and weight of your order, and are automatically calculated based on your order and address upon checkout. Alternatively, we also offer local pickups. More detail can be found here.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We currently only ship within Canada. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to include international locations in the future. Please check our website and Instagram for updates on when international shipping will be available.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Unfortunately, Canada Post Lettermail does not include tracking. We are working to provide alternative delivery methods with tracking in the near future.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
A: Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept all types of major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Diners Club) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider. If you have any issues with payment, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
Q: How are your stickers made?
A: All of our stickers are produced at home (unless otherwise indicated). Since all of our products are homemade, we cannot guarantee consistency in the prints. However, we work our best to ensure all products sold are of the highest quality.
Q: Are your stickers waterproof?
A: Our laminated vinyl stickers are water-resistant, meaning that splashes will not smear the ink. However, we do not recommend soaking them in water. If you are apply stickers on water bottles or dishware, please refrain washing them in dishwashers.
Stickers from sticker packs are not water-resistant and therefore are more suitable for notebooks or planners.
